These terms apply to private chef services and coaching provided by Chef Mylla Hospitality Ltd. ("Chef Mylla", "we", "us") and to your use of chefmylla.com. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Prices listed on this website are starting prices. Your final price is set out in your custom quote and depends on your menu, guest count, location and date. Prices do not include groceries, gratuity or GST unless your quote says otherwise.
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due as set out in your invoice. Groceries are invoiced separately at cost unless agreed otherwise.
Please let us know about changes to your guest count, date or menu as early as possible. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel. If we ever have to cancel, we will refund any amounts you have paid for that booking.
Please tell us about every allergy and dietary restriction when you book. We take great care, but we cook in your home kitchen and cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment.
You agree to provide safe access to a working kitchen, and we will leave it clean when we are done. We are not responsible for pre existing issues with your appliances or equipment.
Coaching is educational. We share what has worked in our own business, but we do not guarantee any income or results. Coaching fees and payment terms are confirmed before you start.
